Berkshire Hathaway Home Services has been the management company for Indian Ridge Condominiums since October 1st, 2019. Before that time, the IR Board was self-directed with only two people and voluntaries. We could not handle to continue without help, and diligently researched multiple companies in the Louisville Area. We found BH via one of our contractors. Mr. Jim Wolf, our lawn company, highly recommended to speak with Mika Heinze and Luke Castleman Mr. Wolf heard great comments from residents of other communities that are also managed by BH. This was a plus! Since we have BH Home Services our community has improved immensely. The other communities around us have openly expressed the change is noticed.  Mika Heinze and Luke Castleman are both excellent in making sure our community is well managed. The first item was to form a Board and to organize yearly board and resident meetings. The access to the portal for HOA payment, view of the monthly Board Documents including services and contractors' invoices, provides and reflects organization on how our budget is spent. The administration and execution of Bylaws, transparency of financials and the performance of cost benefits and Budget analysis is very important for our community to be attractive and increase the value of our community. I can speak for many of the owners/residents that live in our community that we are very pleased with the services and
