Welcome Ben Gornet

I am Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Parks & Weisberg Realtor’s controller, so I am the one who oversees all the cash flow of our operations and of all of the property owners and HOAs we manage. I am also a licensed REALTOR and in my free time when I am not working for the family business, I am a fitness instructor at Cyclebar Middletown. I have been working for the company since my graduation from the University of Louisville in April 2019 and I will be here until I move to New York City in the summer of 2021 to attend Columbia University to study for my MBA. Outside of my studies and my work life, I spend my time traveling, cooking, spending time outdoors and occasionally binge watching shows on Netflix.
